Our premier San Francisco-based Autonomous/AI Startup Client is hiring a Principal Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development efforts of key Autonomous AI Agents capable of conducting complex marketing data and sales projections. This role will require someone that thrives in tackling complex, end-to-end problems with real-world impact.
Note: All candidates MUST have at least 10 years of industry experience for this role. All candidates MUST currently live in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- Be a key technical decision-maker, driving engineering excellence and innovation across the product.
- Lead the design and implementation of large, high-impact platform projects and features.
- Own complex systems end-to-end across infrastructure, backend, and product UX.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for major initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor engineers, setting a high bar for quality, clarity, and execution.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar education and experience.
- 10+ years of successful full-stack engineering (front-end leaning with product focus or back-end leaning with platform focus)
- Experience at a B2B consumer-centric product company with a proven ability to lead large technical projects and influence architectural direction.
- Thorough knowledge of front-end development with React and TypeScript.
- Thorough knowledge back-end languages with Python or Golang.
- Excellent communications skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
Relocation and Visa Requirements:
- Strongly prefer candidates that reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Will provide relocation assistance to the right candidate (that resides in the United States).
- Will transfer H1-B and TN Visas (that resides in the United States/Canada/Mexico).
- All candidates MUST reside in the United States.
