Our San Francisco-based startup client is a revolutionary technology developing AI market-centric agents to conduct complex marketing research, capable of handling research such as sales projections, statistical data, etc. You will be a senior member of a 30-person technical team backed by Sequoia that’s grown from $0 to $10M run-rate in under a year. Work with serial entrepreneurs, former co-founders, and talent from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe plus IOI medalists who love pushing systems to their limits.
As a Staff Full-Stack Engineer you will be a key contributor in building a product that is fundamentally changing how companies make decisions, bringing clarity, velocity, and accountability to our engineering efforts. We are seeking individuals who thrive on tackling complex, end-to-end problems with real-world impact.
Responsibilities:
- Be a key technical decision-maker, driving engineering excellence and innovation across the product.
- Lead the design and implementation of large, high-impact platform projects and features.
- Own complex systems end-to-end across infrastructure, backend, and product UX.
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for major initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor engineers, setting a high bar for quality, clarity, and execution.
- Champion engineering rigor—fast, but never sloppy (slop compounds).
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar education and experience.
- Prefer candidates with previous startup experience (Series A through Series D).
- 10+ years of successful full-stack engineering (50% front-end/50% back-end).
- Experience at a B2B consumer-centric product company with a proven ability to lead large technical projects and influence architectural direction.
- Thorough knowledge of front-end development with React and TypeScript.
Relocation and Visa Requirements:
- Strongly prefer candidates that reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Will provide relocation assistance to the right candidate (that resides in the United States).
- Will transfer H1-B and TN Visas (that resides in the United States/Canada/Mexico).
- All candidates MUST reside in the United States.
Salary Range:
- $200K – $300K
- Startup Equity (Stock Options)
